If you grow as an employee, the company grows as well. That’s why we decided to setup the Big Industries Academy. The Academy is a platform for continuous learning by sharing expertise and knowledge within the team.

LEARNING PATHS

For each team member we offer an individualised Learning Path taking into account the needs for the current role and the skills he or she will require in the future to fulfill their career goals. Both hard skills, like working towards a specific vendor certification or learning a new technology, as well as soft skills (e.g. effective communication, time management,…) are part of the curriculum.

Big Industries Academy Belts-1

The individualized Learning Path is structured into progressive tiers. To successfully advance to the next level, trainees must achieve specific learning objectives or complete designated tasks. Moving up to the next tier is celebrated with the prestigious Big Industries Academy Belt.

Jutter AWS Certified-1-1

During his internship at Big Industries, Jutter gained hands-on experience with AWS and is now driven to further enhance his expertise in Cloud technology. With his recent success in passing the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate exam, we are thrilled with Jutter's growth and eagerly anticipate his future achievements at BIG Industries.

Bhagavan Databricks certified-1

Bhagavan is an accomplished senior data expert with a proven track record in Advanced Analytics, Data Lakehouse implementations, cloud transformations, and data migrations. He has successfully passed the Databricks Certified Data Engineering - Associate exam and has valuable hands-on project experience utilizing this cutting-edge technology.
