Problem Statement
The client struggled with data quality issues and analytics accuracy, along with frequent unplanned downtime. They had trouble adapting to changing requirements and feature updates. To stabilize their environment and transition to a production-grade platform, they needed a partner to provide adequate computing resources, data pipelines, and meet analytics requirements.
Solution
We began by assessing the existing environment, identifying bottlenecks, and addressing key problems. Following an initial cleanup, we re-designed the data platform, and introduced automated, robust data pipelines. As a result, the customer was able to generate timely reports and deliver analytics powered by reliable, high-quality data.
